FAQ
Answers to common questions about Ordian Agents.
How does it get its own email and calendar?
When you sign up, we provision a dedicated email address and calendar for your assistant. It connects to your existing accounts (Gmail, Outlook, etc.) so it can read, send, and schedule on your behalf — while keeping everything in sync.
Can it really message people on WhatsApp?
Yes. Your assistant links to WhatsApp via the official Business API. It can send messages, reply to conversations, and follow up with contacts — all using your tone of voice. You stay in control of who it can reach.
How does the personality feature work?
You give it examples of how you write — a few emails, some messages, maybe a voice note. It learns your tone, vocabulary, and style. Every message it sends sounds like you wrote it yourself.
Is my data safe?
Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We never train on your personal data or share it with third parties. You can revoke access or delete everything at any time.
What happens while I'm sleeping?
Your assistant keeps working. It follows the rules you set — replying to urgent messages, scheduling meetings across time zones, and queuing anything that needs your review for the morning.
How do I get access?
We're currently in beta. You can join the waitlist or redeem an invite code from someone who's already in. We're rolling out access as fast as we can.
Can I use it for my team?
Right now, each subscription is for one agent. Team plans are on the roadmap — if you need multiple agents, reach out and we'll work something out.
What if my agent sends something I don't like?
You can set it to require approval before sending anything, or let it run autonomously for routine messages and only flag important ones. You can also review its activity log and adjust rules anytime.
Can I connect it to tools besides email and calendar?
We're actively expanding integrations. Slack, Notion, CRMs, and more are planned. If you have a specific integration need, let us know.
How is this different from ChatGPT or other AI tools?
ChatGPT is a chatbot you talk to. Ordian is an agent that acts for you. It has its own email, calendar, and WhatsApp — it doesn't just suggest replies, it actually sends them, books meetings, and follows up. It's the difference between a tool and a teammate.
